WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders usually ship out within 1-2 business days. During the busy holiday season such as Black Friday or Christmas it may take up to 6 days to process orders.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? (Italy + WORLDWIDE)
Upon order confirmation you will receive an email confirming this. Once your order has shipped (usually after the 1-2 day processing time), you'll get a second email with a link to the tracking number. (Please check your junk email folder if it has not gone to your main inbox)

DUE TO OUR DELIVERY SERVICES, SOME TRACKING NUMBERS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE INSTANTLY AND CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WORKING DAYS TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
In some cases, international tracking numbers may change after we post due to being passed to your local delivery service. If this does occur we are unable to inform you automatically, however if you email us, we will be able to provide you the new number. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
Once items have been shipped and left us, the responsibility is completely handed over to the a third party service - the ROYAL MAIL or DPD (For International priority.) At this point there is no way in which we can further update or modify any orders, so it is important that all addresses/shipping options are correct when you are placing your order.
Any late orders will be at the responsibility of Royal Mail or DPD, we have absolutely no power in being able to make them post any faster to you. For further details on deliveries please visit the Royal Mail website:
